Blasters Trucking Solution Hubs (BtSh) — Community Guidelines

1. Professional respect

• No harassment, threats, bullying, or discrimination.
• Keep conversations business-focused and respectful.
• Do not share private information outside what is required to execute a trip.

2. Truthful information

• Shippers must post accurate load details and time windows.
• Dispatchers must not misrepresent pricing, contacts, or job conditions.
• Carriers and Drivers must provide accurate status updates and documentation.

3. Safety first

• No illegal goods. No unsafe instructions. No bypassing lawful checkpoints.
• Drivers must follow road safety standards and lawful requirements.
• Report suspicious activity to Admin immediately.

4. Zero tolerance for fraud

• Impersonation, fake documents, and payment scams are immediate suspension triggers.
• Attempting to bypass platform rules or fees through deception may result in termination.

5. Handling disputes

Keep records, communicate clearly, and use platform logs where possible. BtSh may assist with logs and audit trails. However, parties remain responsible for fair resolution and legal compliance.

Financial misconduct

The following actions constitute severe violations:

• Intentional escrow abuse.
• Commission evasion.
• Off-platform payment manipulation to avoid platform fees.
• False dispute claims.

Severe violations may result in immediate suspension and permanent blacklisting from the Platform.

6. Enforcement

BtSh may restrict, suspend, or terminate accounts that violate these guidelines, create repeated disputes, or pose security/compliance risks.
